Hi, I'm Shawna Yesovitch, a counsellor passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate their personal growth and healing. Based in Markham, I offer both in-person and online counselling in a supportive, professional environment where clients feel heard and understood.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent years in a client-centered profession, where I honed skills in empathetic listening and emotional support. This foundation influences my work today, which is grounded in trust, compassion, and personalized care.
I specialize in personal growth, emotional healing, and couples counselling, and I work with the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). These evidence-based approaches help individuals and couples strengthen connections, improve communication, and build healthier relationships.
